Adding a Matrix Question Type

1.Click on Create Survey from the left bar menu.

2. When Creating or Editing a Survey, click on the Add Question button from the toolbar below and select Question Type as Drop Down 
3. Enter a Question Title 
4. Enter a Question Hint (optional)
5. Click on Required checkbox if this question is mandatory

6. Enter 1 option on 1 line and hit Enter. You can enter upto 100 options
