Each Survtapp Subscription comes with a fixed number of Response Credits. Each response collected whether via Web, Open App or your Assigned Users on their Mobile Devices - consume Response Credits.
One response = One complete survey answered. A survey may contain numerous questions.
In the case of Web Responses & Open App - Response Credits are subtracted instantly from your account.
In the case of Mobile Device Users, Response Credits are consumed as and when the Responses are synced with your Survtapp account.
What happens to responses kept in my mobile device(s), if my Survtapp Account runs out of Response Credits?
When you try to sync from your mobile device(s), you will get an error 'Insufficient Response Credits'. The responses will remain in the device marked as Unsent (not synchronised) and when you renew your account with us, you can resume the sync to upload the remaining responses.
After your responses have been synced, then you can check your balance credit by clicking on the right hand side top menu.

Response credits are limited to the validity of your subscription and unused response credits are not carried forward.
