To update the latest surveys and upload responses collected on your mobile device - you need to Sync from each of your mobile devices.
Click on the Sync Button on the right hand side top in the Dashboard.
From the Survey List screen, pull the screen down and you should see a Sync activity.
What is Synchronised?
1. New Surveys added in your Survtapp Account
2. Surveys edited in your Survtapp Account
3. Surveys which are now De-Activated are removed from your devices
4. Responses collected in your mobile device are uploaded
5. Response credits are deducted for uploaded responses.
